Not surprisingly, there's still a lot of Interleaf users out there. Interleaf
was top of the line when it came out.
The Legacy Data Conversion Center worked with one government contractor to reduce
their conversion time by 98% using our Interleaf Legacy Data Conversion
Tool. Originally data conversion was scheduled to happen across 22 years.
After using the Legacy Data Conversion Center tools, they were able to convert
all 1500 documents in 25 days. These documents went to two document formats
at the same time to support both paper and IETM output (both custom output
formats).
The Legacy Data Conversion Center can convert your Interleaf Legacy Data to any
standard output format quickly and inexpensively. Our standard
conversion prices include converstion to DocBook, DITA, MIL-STD-38784,
and S1000D.
Customers are not required to convert my Interleaf documents to a particular catalog.
We will ask that you provide your catalog files to us, so that we can use your catalog
files in the conversion.
If your document contains change page, we will ask that you only provide the
full, final documents for use in the conversion.
Our Process
We convert the binary source and we proof the output. We verify that all text that
went in, comes out, and that it is tagged correctly based on your output requirements.
We ask that customers provide the documents to be converted, any applicable templates
and style guides, and any customization or specialization information that
you may be using in your choice of output format.
