Pricing Model
We believe in a published price list.
Discounts apply for large numbers of documents. The discount increases as more
documents are converted. We will convert a single, sample document for
only 50% of the standard conversion cost.
We do not require an expensive data modeling step. We will ask specific questions about your templates and structure and they relate to your required output format. We expect that you have completed all data modeling steps and that you are ready to begin mass legacy data conversion based on that analysis.

Note:
- In addition to the per-page cost, your first conversion carries an additional charge of $400. This charge allows us to account for the uniqueness in your template or catalog. It also allows us to implement your file naming conventions and your data mappings.
- All page counts are cumulative, regardless of the number of templates.
- (*) This presumes pages are all text. Graphics extractions are not included in this base cost-per-page. For graphics extraction, we must gauge the amount of work required to extract the graphics and will estimate both the time and additional cost for you before beginning work.

Converting to Custom Document Types
Prices for conversion to standard output formats cost less than conversion to custom document types. For custom document types, we require an additional fee of $4,000 per document type.
Prices for conversion to customized standard output formats cost less than conversion to custom document types. For each major customization or specialization, the cost is $400 each (e.g., if the DITA Task has been customized, there is an additional cost of $400). If your order contains more than one formatting template (FrameMaker) or catalog file (Interleaf), then the customization cost is multiplied by the number of templates or catalogs (e.g, if the DITA Resolution has been customized and there are two (2) different templates in the set of documents to be converted, the additional cost is $400 * 2 or $800).
